Help-a-thon 2012-2013

Dear Friends and Family,

Our school, Padre Pio Academy, is having a fundraiser called the Help –a – thon. Padre Pio Academy is an independently run private school, that accepts all children regardless of financial standing. This school does not receive any taxpayer support.  The Help –a- thon is our school’s biggest fundraiser, our school’s goal this year is $27,000. In return for your donation Padre Pio Academy students and their families will perform extra service in the community on your behalf, helping people and organizations in need. Our school will begin with an all-day Help-a-thon event on October 26^th.

We are writing to ask you for a donation for our school. Will you please help us meet our personal goal of $1500? Every little bit counts and we will be thankful for any amount you can spare.  Please return your donation by October 23^rd. In return you will get the benefit of knowing we are getting the best possible education and helping people in need in our community. There is only one week left for our school fundraiser (Padre Pio Academy). Thank you to everyone who has helped us in almost reaching our goal. Fundraiser

Our school (Padre Pio Academy) is having a fundraiser called the Help-a-thon. The Help-a-thon is our school's biggest fundraiser; our goal this year is $27,000.  Girl Friday is giving away 1 dozen free cupcakes to anyone who donates 20.00 or more. You will have your choice of classic yellow or chocolate cake with the butter cream frosting of your choice. This offer is valid thru 5/12; all we ask is 1 week notice to fill your order. Oh what a week!! I did my very first catering event on Monday pictures to come! On Saturday we will cater our next event and on Sunday we will have a tea party. Watch for pictures. J

Never a dull moment

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday. This week is a busy one….. Two Conformation cakes and a party I am so excited. More to come.

Easter

Are we all ready for our Easter celebrations?! We dyed Easter eggs this past weekend. Today I am stuffing eggs for the hunt we will have on Sunday before brunch. There is still time, if you need a cake or special treat for this coming holiday please contact me. I would love to help you.
